For the last 3 weeks I’ve been doing 50 jumping jacks, 25 push ups, and holding a 2 minute plank daily. It is easier now than when I first started but I knew I could easily do more as I strive for optimal health. And doing one set never takes more than 5 minutes out of my day but it is so worth it.
